Courtside

Privacy

Short version: no accounts, no cookies, no ads. We count visits with a random ID and never ask for your name or email unless you add it to feedback.

01What we collect

Page views. When you open a page, your browser sends us: the page address, the site you came from (just its name, like reddit.com), the channel tag on the link if there is one (like ?ref=x), whether you are on a phone or a computer, and a random ID your browser makes up and keeps in local storage. The ID is not tied to you; it only lets us count how many different people visit and how many come back.

Button taps on a few tools, like sharing a chart or building a parlay, so we know which tools people use.

Error reports. If a page crashes, your browser sends us the error message, its technical details and the page address, so we can fix it. Nothing about you or your device is included, and reports are deleted after 14 days.

Feedback you send. The message, the page you sent it from, and the contact details only if you choose to add them.

We do not use cookies, ad trackers or third-party analytics, and we do not save IP addresses with page views. If your browser sends "Do Not Track", we record nothing.

02How it is used

Only to see which pages and tools people use and where they come from, so we know what to build next. We never sell or share it.

The data is stored in our database at Supabase, and the site is served through Vercel. Like any web host, they may keep short-lived network logs (which can include IP addresses) to run and protect their services; we don't use those logs for analytics.

03Sportsbooks and prediction markets

Buttons like "Send parlay to DraftKings" or "Kalshi" open that company's own site. You log in there yourself and their privacy policy applies. Courtside never sees your account, bets or money, and we are not paid for those links.

Betting tools are analysis, not advice: 21+, where legal. Gambling problem? Call 1-800-GAMBLER.

04Your choices

Clearing your browser's site data for courtsidenba.vercel.app deletes the random ID; you will count as a new visitor. Turning on "Do Not Track" stops all page-view logging.

Because we don't know who you are, we can't look up your page views. To have a feedback message removed, or for any other question, use the feedback form. Courtside is not meant for anyone under 18.
